James earned his degree from the University of Maryland School of Architecture. While working as a residential architect at Torti Gallas and Partners for 4 years he continued his design education at the Corcoran School of Art & Design in the fields of digital imaging, web design, and figure sculpture. A full time, 3 year, position with Fashion photographer Marc Baptiste in New York City began his formal training in commercial photography as well as a 2 year term as New York coordinator for Clam Magazine.; a Paris based fashion/culture magazine. James continued developing visual aesthetics retouching for studios Tweak Imaging & Impact Digital. James’ cumulative experience is focused on working with clients to identify & execute their ideal visual brand message.
